How can i pay?
We accept payment by either debit/credit card (either online or over the telephone, Paypal, cheque or postal order.
When will my order be delivered?
We endeavour to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment provided we have the item in stock. We will email you to confirm once we have despatched your goods if requested. If the products are being sent from Morocco then it will take approximately 28 days for stock to arrive. We will email you to tell if this is the case. If we are completely out of stock we will contact you to see if you would like an alternative item or cancel your item.
Postage and packing
For small items we send goods via royal mail first class service (1 -2 days). For heavy or bulky items we use a courier - usually Parcelforce 24 hours service. For international customers (non UK) we will advise the shipping time upon quotation. Please use the shopping basket "shipping methods" option to choose how you would like your goods sending.
Can i order from overseas?
Yes we welcome customers from all countries, please ensure that you use the correct postal rate when in the checkout. Failure to do so will delay your order. Please contact us if you live outside of Europe or USA.
Do you have a catalogue?
Not at the moment although we may look at this in the future.
Returns and refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase simply post it back to us within 14 days unused. Upon receipt we will either exchange your goods or give you a refund (please note that postage costs are non-refundable).For sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings or perishable goods unless damaged. If goods are damaged please notify us immediately upon receipt and retain all packaging so that we can persue a complaint with the carrier of your goods. Failure to notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods will assume that product was not damaged in transit and therefore cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Order cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours so that we can stop the despatch of your goods. If goods have already been despatched then the item will need returning to us before we can issue a refund.
Is it safe paying by credit card?
For website payments we use a SSL secure server and paypal who process all our payments on their website.The server automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the secure sockets layer protocol (ssl) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log on to our site, the server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses ssl 3.0 or higher.
