RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We have tried to answer all your questions below, but if there is something else please email us at returns@momo-interiors.com , our customer service team are available Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:00pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
RETURNS
We hope that you are delighted with your order, but we understand that there may be an occasion where you will need to return something to us.
Simply let us know you want to return your item and why you are returning it by emailing returns@momo-interiors.com within 48hrs of receipt.
Returns due to damage or faulty item – In the unlikely event you receive your delivery to find your item to be either faulty or damaged on arrival, firstly, please accept our apologies, but unfortunately, sometimes this does happen.
Please inform our customer services team by email returns@momo-interiors.com within 48hrs of receiving the item. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time, so please ensure you check all items upon receipt of delivery.
Within the email pls attach a photograph of the faulty / damaged item prior to repackaging and postage, plus input your name and order number within the body of the email.
Please DO NOT attempt to assemble or fix an item yourself or via a third party as this will affect your entitlement to a refund.
Do not return a faulty or damaged item without emailing our customer services team first. They will then be in touch to provide a resolution to the issue in question.
If an item is agreed to be faulty or defective, you will not be responsible for covering the returns postage cost, unless there is additional damage through insufficient packaging.
Returns address - We ask that you do not return any items without emailing our customer services team first – returns@momo-interiors.com. They will email through an appropriate address to return the item(s).
Returns product condition – All Items must be returned in its original, unused condition. Any items showing damage or use will not be refunded.
Returns Packaging - Items must be returned in their original packaging. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
Returns Proof of postage - When returning your item back, you must obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Returns paid policy - Please note: we do not offer a free returns service. To return an item, please arrange a return with your local post office or your chosen courier service.
REFUNDS
Returns Refunds - Once the returned item has been received and the above conditions have been approved, the money will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 14 days.
