SHIPPING OPTIONS
May vary on specific products - Please refer to Shipping Information Tab at the footer of each individual product for accurate shipping information.
STANDARD SHIPPING - 3 to 5 days - FREE OF CHARGE (Standard Parcels only) to all UK postcodes, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
Dispatched and Delivered with 3 to 5 working days.
Please note, if you order more than one item, your delivery may arrive in more than one package.
EXPRESS SHIPPING – 1 to 2 days – £5.50 (Standard Parcels only) - to all UK postcodes, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.
EXPRESS SHIPPING is not available on all products. Please refer to Shipping Information Tab at the footer of each individual product for availability.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Wednesday will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. If your order is placed on a Thursday or Friday before 2pm, your order will be delivered the following Monday.
Pls note that some items are not available on Express Shipping delivery. This will be indicated on delivery information section on the product page.

OVERSIZED PRODUCTS / FRAGILE PRODUCTS - Delivery can be upto 21 days on some products.
Large, fragile and out of gauge items can take up to 21 days to be delivered due to specialist handling required to ensure safe delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your item has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track the progress of your delivery.

WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME LONGER THAN I’D EXPECTED?
If your delivery due time has passed please contact us by email at contact@momo-interiors.com ” as the nature of enquiry. One of the MOMO Interiors customer service team will then look into this for you and endeavour to come back to you as quickly as possible with an update on your delivery.
HOW WILL YOU ENSURE MY ITEM IS DELIVERED SAFELY?
All of our items need to be signed for on receipt. On placement of your order you will be sent an email explaining how to track your item.
If no-one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a selected safe place chosen by you. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they are unable to complete delivery.
THERE’S BEEN A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER, OR IT HASN’T YET BEEN DELIVERED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your delivery is overdue, you have received the wrong items or your items have been accidentally damaged in transit, or for any other query, please send us an email from the

We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible and discuss alternative delivery options.

We are delighted to supply our products to customers all over the world and will be pleased to provide you with a personalised quotation for delivery of any items you wish to purchase.
